Description
An installation abstracting the spatial experience of a forest
Inspired by a familiar forest, this tunnel-like installation was constructed from collected tree branches and iron rings. By entering the structure, visitors experienced the sensation of physically moving deeper into a forest. The work explored relationships among forest, landscape, body, and space that would continue throughout the artist's later practice.

Description
森の空間を抽象化したインスタレーション
身近な森をモチーフに、採取した木の枝と鉄の輪を組み合わせて制作したトンネル状のインスタレーション。鑑賞者が内部へ入ることで、森の奥へと身体が進んでいくような感覚を生み出した。後年の制作に続く、森、風景、身体と空間の関係を探った作品である。
