Description
A participatory project transforming photographs and personal stories into SHA-KO-SEKI stones
Landscape photographs contributed by participants were printed on washi paper and individually transformed into SHA-KO-SEKI stones. The completed stones were connected with the stories behind the photographs on a web-based map, creating a shared map of personal memories from around the world. As the works passed into different hands, relationships were formed among the photographers, the artist, and the recipients.

Description
参加者の風景写真とエピソードを写光石へ変換した参加型プロジェクト
参加者から提供された思い出の風景写真を和紙に印刷し、一つずつ写光石へ変換したプロジェクト。写真にまつわるエピソードと制作された石をウェブ地図上で結び、世界各地の個人的な記憶を光の地図として共有した。作品が人の手に渡ることで、撮影者、制作者、所有者の意識がつながっていく。
